If you leave after 2 p.m., an additional daily rate will be charged.
Included in the prices are: Energy and water costs, bed linen,
Kitchen towels, hand towels, use of the cot (child up to approx. 3 years),
Final cleaning as well as a basic supply of consumables such as toilet paper,
Washing-up liquid, filter bags, etc.
With a 30% deposit of the total amount (at least 100 euros), the written or verbal reservation becomes effective. Verbal reservations must be confirmed by post or email. In case of non-fulfillment of the reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. In the case of short-term cancellation (less than 6 days before arrival), 50% of the total price is due if the apartment cannot be rented to someone else.
